Happy Monday loves… And cheers to change and new adventures.

Outfit details

I found this dress online at Lulu’s, and feel it is a great romantic piece for an outing at winery, wedding, or afternoon date when you want to do something a little bit “extra…” But not too “extra…” *wink, wink* I find that pink is a great color to wear if you would like to feel more in tune with your feminine self. How are you styling your outfits for summer outings?

Can anyone else believe it’s almost summer? I can’t believe June is creeping up so quickly… but I love summer and am so excited to be at the beach for some rest, relaxation, sun, and fun!

Thinking of finding  a few cute pieces for summer? Today, I’m looking forward to sharing some style inspo:  summer essentials for your boho-chic wardrobe…  You can click on the product images to shop the post!

Shorts

In order to achieve the boho style, ruffled shorts, interesting prints, and denim are the way to go… I personally prefer neutrals because they can be paired with different blouses. But printed shorts are in style this season, and they are definitely a statement-maker for a boho-chic gal!

Hello lovely reader. Thanks for stopping by.

I’m looking forward to sharing this boho-chic/indie/romantic look with you, and also share a few life updates.

Next week, I am traveling to Nashville, in order to get situated for my relocation in July. So, I’m looking forward to traveling like  a local, meeting up with a few friends, touring apartments, interviewing for jobs- and taking lots of pictures.

Hello lovely reader. Thanks for stopping by.

I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing weekend- with the right amounts of productivity and laziness. I just came back from grabbing coffee and doing a bit of window shopping.

If you’re in the market for an Easter dress, you’re in luck! Today, I’m sharing my top picks for an Easter dress with you. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Today, I’m looking forward to sharing my top looks for spring from ModCloth with you. ModCloth continues to provide the highest quality with their pieces at affordable prices. A company originally inspired by thrift shopping, ModCloth’s style is a modern, polished take on vintage fashion with a touch of romance and edge. I thought the fit and length of these dresses was both flattering and appropriate for many situations. While the Pine All Mine Mini Dress, Story of Citrus Floral Dress, Maker of Merriment A-line Dress, and  Fluttering Romance A-line Dress would be appropriate for the office, the Impress Rehearsal Lace Dress would be beautiful for a date night, and Heart and Solar A-line Dress and Start Spreading the Mews A-line Dress have such interesting patterns to bring out the edgy girl in you.

Hello lovely reader. Thanks for stopping by.

I’m writing to you today from a french cafe while planning content (including several exciting collaborations), finishing a bit of homework, and enjoying a matcha latte and avocado toast. (Avocado toast has risen in popularity so much, and I’ve totally jumped on the bandwagon and started making it for myself with garlic salt, hard boiled egg, and olive oil on an English muffin quite often at home. )

At the moment, I currently musing several online boho-chic/indie/romantic style boutiques, so I am looking forward to sharing more looks from The Pink Lily Boutique, The Mint Julep Boutique, and Upper East Side Nashville. As for this outfit, I cannot resist shopping for flowing dresses from Francesca’s. I love how this red dress is gently fitted, and the bone coloring underneath is a unique detail. Wearing a jean jacket has also become a staple in my wardrobe.

Hoping you enjoyed this look, and I’m excited to share more blog posts with you.

Hello lovely reader. Thanks for stopping by.

After a productive weekend balanced with spending time with friends, planning content, and finishing up some homework, I’m feeling energized and ready to conquer the week. Over time I have learned to accept and love where you currently are in your life, and not hold your stage in comparison to someone else’s. What I continue to see is that we all have lessons to teach each other regardless of age and experience, and it is important to be open to those lessons. I am also accepting that it is not realistic to be happy all of the time, and it’s okay to be a little bit discontent and restless if you’re not exactly where you want to be. It’s okay to have a new destination on the horizon and feel excited, anxious, and hopeful about what that experience brings. Thinking the grass is greener elsewhere is never “the right frame,” but following your intuition about what’s meant for you gives you the answers you need….

Hello lovely reader. Thanks for stopping by.

Hope your Friday is off to a great start… Cheers to the weekend. Personally, after a week of being a workhorse, nose-to-the-grindstone, I am so ready to chill with friends and celebrate the weekend. As I plan my move to Nashville, I have been looking at pictures from home furnishing catalogs and websites and browsing in boutiques for inspiration on how to decorate my apartment in Tennessee. Personally, I love interior design and the process of making a space feel like home- and on an affordable budget of course! If you’re in the same boat, I thought you might like some of these pieces I noticed. Feel free to check it out!
